Question 1: Why are some parking spots numbered and others aren’t?

A: Numbered spots are assigned to a specific condo and building. Not all condo's have assigned spots if enough parking is available in their vicinity. Guests may park in any unnumbered spot.

Question 2: What gets recycled?

A: Plastic, aluminum, and glass can all be recycled together. Paper should be placed in a separate bag. Recycling is every Tuesday morning (put curb side Monday after 5pm)

Question 3: How often do I have to get my dryer vent cleaned?

A: For safety precautions, dryer vents and chimneys must be cleaned every two years. Owners will be notified by the property manager when cleaning is required. The cleaning form can be found here.

Question 4: Do I have to get my chimney cleaned if I don't use it?

A: No, but for safety precautions (birds nesting, etc), the chimney must be inspected every 2 years.

Question 5: Can I rent the pool?

A: Yes. The pool is available for rental after regular operating hours. 7pm-10pm weeknights, 6pm-mindight on Fridays and Saturdays, and 7pm-11pm nights prior to holidays. The pool rental form can be found here.

Question 6: Can I use the pool grill?

A: Yes. The grill is there for the residents. Please use it only when the pool is open, or you have the pool area rented. It is up to the residents to maintain the grill. Please keep it clean, scrape after use, and replace the gas tank when empty (you will be reimbursed for the tank though the property manager)
